AI Operations Intern

We are looking for an AI-first intern who executes fast. At The Worldwide Group, an international group of companies, you will use AI tools to do in hours what used to take weeks: produce and publish content for our brands, build operational dashboards and support our US project. The team defines the strategy, you make it happen.
Your focus: creating, building and shipping. We seek someone who thinks clearly, experiments with AI every day and learns fast.
Duration: 6 months, with a possible path to full-time · Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm ·
Remote (Mexico City)
Responsibilities
- Create written content and graphics for 5 brands in the cluster
- Publish on LinkedIn and Instagram following the team’s strategy and calendar
- Use AI at every step: copy, design, scheduling and reporting
- Build operational dashboards for Finance, Talent, and other internal departments
- Support the Worldwide Industrial Trading US project and other brands, including AI agents management
Nice to Have
- Experience with dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar)
- Basic coding or automation (Python, Apps Script, no-code tools)
- A portfolio of content or projects made with AI
Must Have
- Student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Systems or a related field
- Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI or similar), with real examples of what you have built
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and data
- Self-taught in programming or automation, or eager to be
- Creative, with good taste, and able to work independently
- Organized and reliable, able to work remotely
